The Bar Collective is a mobile bartending and event bar service based in Sarasota, Florida, built around expertly crafted cocktails and the people who gather to enjoy them.
I’ve always believed the bar is one of the most important places at an event. It is where people meet, come back together, start conversations, celebrate, and end up staying longer than they planned.
That is what I wanted The Bar Collective to be built around. Not simply a company that shows up and serves drinks, but a hospitality brand that becomes part of the night itself.
The idea came from wanting to take everything I love about great bars, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, the energy behind the counter, and bring that experience anywhere. A wedding by the water. A private dinner at home. A brand event. A party where the bar deserves to look as good as everything around it.
I wanted to create the kind of bar I’d want to hang out at—great drinks, friendly faces, and a little Florida sunshine. Somewhere you can catch up with old friends, make a few new ones, and say, “Alright, one more.”
