A gathering, made personal

The best parts happen
between the big moments.

That first toast after the ceremony. A favorite cocktail brought back to life. Friends finding each other at the bar. We make space for those moments with a wedding bar that feels considered, welcoming and entirely yours.

From an intimate celebration to a full reception, we’ll help bring the menu, staffing and service details together with your venue and timeline—so you can be present with your people.

Let’s start with your date
Cocktail service at an outdoor Gulf Coast gathering
Coastal light, thoughtful details, easy hospitality.

Your celebration, your way

A thoughtful bar
from first pour to last call.

Every proposal is shaped around your venue, guest count, service window and the kind of celebration you’re hosting.

01

A menu with meaning

Build a cocktail menu around flavors you love, a shared favorite, the season or the feeling you want guests to remember. Choose signature cocktails, familiar classics, beer and wine service, and alcohol-free choices.

We can help refine the selection so it feels personal and works smoothly for your guest count and timeline.

02

Service that fits the room

We’ll plan the bar arrangement around your venue—using an existing bar or discussing a TBC bar setup when it suits the space. For larger receptions, additional service points can help guests spread out.

Venue access, setup windows, power, bar placement and any house rules are reviewed as part of planning.

03

Warm, professional hospitality

Our bartenders keep the service gracious and organized, from cocktail hour through reception. Staffing is planned with you around the guest count, menu, service hours and number of bar locations.

For a 150-guest celebration, a recent service plan included three bartenders and a barback, with two custom cocktails alongside beer and wine.

04

The practical details, handled

Depending on your proposal, service provisions can include mixers, ice, standard garnishes and cups. We’ll also prepare a tailored alcohol shopping list when the couple or venue supplies the alcohol.

What’s included is written clearly in your proposal, so the handoff with your planner and venue feels simple.

A calm, clear process

Good planning
makes room for joy.

We’ll work through the important details with you, then bring them together in a clear proposal for your day.
